Lyneham Stage 2 - Embark 2- De Burgh St, Lyneham

Stage 2 of the Embark on Northbourne precinct (Lyneham) is positioned in between the heritage listed Pair Houses and Owen Flats.

The retained heritage fabric and new build is brought together through architecture and the use of pedestrian walkways and courtyards. Lyneham Stage 2 - Embark 2 consists of 207 residential units, this design response further builds on to the precinct’s `Oasis’ design philosophy.
